Yeah . Very happy to have survived the first round of dings but it's looking more and more likely that a hold is going to be my best-case scenario at this point.

Yeah I'm a 11/17. Very happy to have survived the first round of dings but it's looking more and more likely that a hold is going to be my best-case scenario at this point.

Been under review since September. my numbers are on the low side, so I guess i'm relieved I havn't joined the Dingbar.

But still, I think I can speak for all of us hopefuls that some news would be nice =/

Do they ding people based on completion/UR dates? I feel like every email is going to give me a heart attack from now until the end of the cycle. It'd really be nice to know just WHEN to expect some news. :/

Remember when we thought every email was gonna be a JR1? Now its the complete opposite.

That's a morbid but yet probably 100% correct way of looking at it. :(

Anyone have a sense of what percentage of the class has probably been admitted already? Out of 800, I am thinking maybe around 400.

Hey folks,

Just wanted to let you know they're sending out 'hold' emails now as well. Just got mine and, after a complete heart attack, realized that's what it was.

Just got put on Hold as well, UR 10/6. Anyone have experience with hold? What is the likelihood of getting in after being put there?

When did you go complete/UR, philly? We have the same stats and a hold is the best I can hope for for now too.

This does not bode well for Club 170 :( .

No email yet for anything on me. Do they send it out as one mass email, or should I be expecting mine soon?

10/12. I just updated my grad school transcript too (I don't think they received it yet). I will try to get a LOR out one of the new professors. I wonder which one is a Harvard grad? :D

My LSAT didn't even make the 25% so not getting dinged is definitely a win. I am kind of happy about this since it was a straight ding last year.

Thanks for the info, philly. So far it does seem like it's going by completion date. I'm UR 11/17 and nothing yet.

I am sending new LOR because all my LORs are from UG and my grad school is a lot better than my UG. I don't know if additional LOR from UG is going to help much.

I am going to dig through last year's data, but I do remember a few people getting in after being held. I am just really hoping that this year's pool is much weaker than last and they are just being cautious.

Held as well... where applications go to die. Already prepping my LOCI.

Edit: UR 10/6, so I suppose it could have been worse.

HOLY MOLY, held as well! I am in complete shock - I'm definitely an auto-ding with my #s alone (~ @ both 25ths and non-URM). Think it could possibly be legacy status? I'd be interested in knowing stats on likelihood of getting in afte rbeing held - is this basically a straight path to the WL/Ding?

A great deal of holds in the last few days. Has anyone received a JR2 in this period? And has anyone who received a JR1 been held in the newest batch?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
