Just accepted via email. Quite surprised as my complete/completed dates were 1/5 and 1/31. Can anyone tell me when & how GULC will give me any financial aid/scholarship info? I've already sent my deposit off to Duke, so the only real game changer would be if GULC has decided to throw crazy amounts of money at me (highly unlikely)! If not, I'll withdraw and my seat will go to one of you fine folks who are still waiting!

I was full time. And they don't do acceptances by email, strictly speaking, but they said in the email that when I did receive my letter in the next couple of days I would be pleased and then they immediately followed that up by telling me that I would be able to access the admitted students website tomorrow.

Just regular applicant with an initial decision. I was really surprised as I was expecting a waitlist at best at this point in the game. I guess it gives hope to those still waiting to hear!

And I'm guessing that they implied my acceptance so heavily to me in the email because of how soon the deposit deadline is. That or it is an elaborate and cruel hoax by Dean Cornblatt!

In off the SPW, 167/3.76!! App complete in mid Jan and several enthusiastic/ slightly spastic correspondences to my waitlist contact, including a longer LOCI. Best of luck to all still waiting - they seem to be handing out admits in small waves on Fridays.

In off the Regular Waitlist via email yesterday-
I really think the key is just being persistent and demonstrating a genuine interes. I toured the campus and met several students in clinicals and organizations that matched my interests and wrote a LOCI based on my experience that day.

Application went complete 2/14 --> Waitlist email on 3/11 --> Visited 4/1 --> Sent LOCI 4/4
