11/08->11/11->11/18->11/24->11/29.
Although, I don't know what the range of first date to last date generally is, but since they quote 3 weeks for an ED turnaround maybe 3 weeks is the minimum for RD? Either way, I just hit 3 weeks, so let's hope 11/29 means they sent an acceptance letter today.

There was a big package in the mail for me today that began "Georg...." and the rest was covered by another envelope. Turned out to be Georgia.

Don't know why I didn't notice this before. (I think I autopilot through the website to "Status Check" and just missed it completely.) If the 11/23ers' letters didn't go out on the 23rd itself, we may have a few more days of waiting ahead of us.

The Office of Admissions will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday from Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at 1pm until Monday, November 29, 2010 at 9am.

I sure hope so. I've heard of 3-5 status updates, but looking back on my post with 5 numbers laid out, this is starting to look ridiculous!

I tried to log into the admitted student site and was let in, does that mean that I'm admitted even though my status checker says "application complete on 11/22"?

Well, that's not necessarily what I meant... I just meant that it's tempting to check and see what happens, even though it wouldn't be a be-all-end-all sign of acceptance.

That said, it seems to me that everyone on TLS who was at one point able to log into the AS site has soon after been admitted to Georgetown by letter (even if in the interim they were unable to log on again).

Thanks for the reply! I just ran to the check my mail and found a large and a small envelope. The large one is from Texas, and the small one GULC. But the small one was an admit too!!!!!!!!So excited! And there was a personal note from dean Andy, saying that they love both of my statements, blablabla....that was really nice!
