I don't want to try it, or think about it. Sounds like there are 4 updates now?
Some people with much earlier admit dates had 4 or 5 complete dates before being admitted.

It seems like 3 is the minimum, with some people having more. It also seems like that might be dependent on when during the week the third update falls - this is speculation, but if they aren't sending out letters or dealing with the ASW site that day but decide you are admitted, I'm guessing there is a fourth update when they send the letter, etc. (since the third and fourth updates were so close together for many of us this past week).

No I doubt that

Has anyone here who went complete after the December LSAT had any status checker date changes?

There has not been any false positives posted as of yet. Recently I have noticed a number of people being able to succesuly request a userrname/pw combo before they are set to interview, which makes me think that, for some at least, the interview invite is merely to test the applicants enthusiasm/seriousness in attending Georgetown.

Since acceptance is obviously determined before scholarship money is, the interview might also serve to decide how much $$$ you deserve (maybe as a factor of not just how well you perform but also if you sign up at all).

I had my group interview already and haven't been allowed access to the admitted students site. Though, I just went complete after the December LSAT and am a reverse splitter. Just hoping I get in

Hey all, I've looked through the site trying to find the different "stages of waiting." I can't seem to find a post that states the different statuses. I'm gathering that it goes "received", "under review", "complete", then what?

And the dates sometimes change with the status remaining unchanged? Sorry to ask what everyone seems to intuitively know...

I submitted 12/15, went complete 12/20 (I think). Complete again on 1/5 which also was the day my recommender got the "Thank You" email from them.
Today another recommender received the same email - but no update today.
Both of them were the same emails, NOT the one that suggested I was accepted.
Anyone have any experience with this? Two recommenders getting that "Thank You" email at separate times?

Have any of the "Held" applicants had a date refresh on their status checker? I've been at 12/3 this whole time.

I applied on 11/1 but didn't go complete until last Friday because of my December LSAT retake. Also interviewed last week.

Will I probably have to wait several weeks for a decision? If someone here says yes and means it, it would give me reason to stop constantly refreshing my status checker. That would be nice!

If you just went complete then I wouldn't expect a decision for at least a few weeks. The pattern has been anywhere from 3-5 status updates after your file is complete

I applied 1/7, didn't check the status checker for a few days but I sent everything in by 1/7. My status is now complete 1/11...it says they mailed me something as of 1/12 but it doesn't say what that thing is. I haven't heard anything via email (except to create my status checker) and I can't create an admitted students account. Any ideas what's going on?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
