At least you had your interview- I'm still waiting to hear from them- was I supposed to get a confirmation from them acknowledging I accepted the change to interview? I'm gonna be out of town for most of December...almostfamous wrote:yikesssss i interviewed too...i thought i had it bad but that's awful! hopefully we hear something eventually hahacrossingforHYS wrote:mine is at 10/28 and I already had an interview.....tell me about italmostfamous wrote:Still at 11/11 for memst wrote:11/18 This is my nightmare.

It is my understanding that interviews are extended to borderline cases. I wouldn't worry about it. Not even sure that I have read of an ED applicant being invited to interview.calihopeful wrote:I applied Ed on the tenth and have not been asked to interview is this a bad sign??

Several ED applicants were asked to interview but it is probably the case that interviews are for people who are borderline so I wouldn't worry about it.ArchRoark wrote:It is my understanding that interviews are extended to borderline cases. Re: GULC Waiting Thread
I am 2.87/163/167/Dec. I am confident I'll do better in December because my PTs are usually 171/2 and the 167 was due to particular extenuating circumstances that will be avoided in December.
I'm undergrad chemistry/chem engr and master's in chemistry with a 3.64. I have just under a year of WE as a chemist.
I have everything ready for GULC except my LSAT score, which is the only thing really giving me a chance here. I noticed on the application you can select for them to hold until a particular LSAT/letter is received.
I am going to apply ED PT. I want to go PT because I have a career going as a chemist and I want to do patent law, so I really need to maintain a foothold in the sciences. I know I'm really borderline but I'm hoping a combo of breaking their 75th LSAT, strong graduate work, WE, ED, and PT will all put me over the edge. I also have solid/strong LORs and (I think) a good PS, though not spectacular.
Should I go ahead and submit now so I'm not one of the "late" January submitters?

Has anyone who hasn't received a letter yet tried to log into the accepted students site recently? Success?

Re: GULC Waiting Thread
It may not help you to submit now, but it certainly won't hurt you. It is definitely worth the effort for the slight chance that you will be closer to the top of the pile when you get your LSAT score.androstan wrote:I am 2.87/163/167/Dec.
