I mailed it. I'm in Philadelphia, so I'm sure the school will get it today or tomorrow.absolutazn87 wrote:Did you mail or fax? Can you fax it?kk19131 wrote:Your application to the University of Pennsylvania Law School remains incomplete due to the following required missing item(s):

I got an email from them yesterday saying I forgot my resume. I emailed it to them and within an hour they emailed me back. Everything is checked under the requirements list but it still says incomplete

At least they communicate, unlike NYU, whom I haven't heard a word from since I applied.Mike12188 wrote:I got an email from them yesterday saying I forgot my resume. Re: Penn ED Waiting Thread
hey,
first of all, i haven't done penn ED yet. I am currently debating myself whether to apply ED or regular for penn.
i assume you guys are more aware of Penn's pros and cons than me, as you guys made this huge binding decision,
and so i'd like to ask a question and hope i get a response
sorry for hijacking, but can anyone tell me anything about penn's Intellectual Property law / Patent law and how strong they are?
I am interested in both corporate law and patent law, leaning more towards to the latter, and I am at reverse split for penn and berkeley.
Penn sounds better to me, but it is very hard for me to let berkeley go by doing binding decision for penn.
if anyone can give a tip, i'd appreciate it!
Thanks,
don't slap me hard, who knows, i might be your next year roommate :p

If you're a reverse splitter (high GPA/low LSAT), you're right up Berkeley's alley.loptimist wrote:hey,

For what it's worth, I'm also interested in IP (with an engineering background) and I'm EDing Penn. In fact, I just sent the app an hour ago! Berkeley isn't in the cards for me cuz I'm a moderate splitter.

I guess I don't see where this would be a hard decision if you know what you want:loptimist wrote:Veyron wrote:

Penn:
Is better for corporate
Places better on the east coast
Places better overall (east coast stronger legal market than CA).
Berk:
Is better for IP
Places better in CA
Only you can figure out what your priorities are.
