I'm in the same boat--UR since 11/29. What are your numbers? I'm 170/3.9. Really didn't expect to be waiting so long...starting to get depressed.
Under Review since 11/15 with same LSAT/higher gpa. I was hoping to hear back sooner too.

Yeah, this wait is seriously making me regret not applying sooner. It's worse than waiting for LSAT scores. :?

Also UR since 10/18. Committee Review would make sense. I think my application is weak in ways that makes me not an auto-admit to Berkeley, but my softs are numerous and too strong for a quick rejection. If I go under Faculty Review I think my chances of admission would go up. I don't mind trading two more months of waiting for an acceptance in the end.

You guys are looking for some sort of sense or pattern where there is none, is my feeling. Dean Tom randomly picks them off a stack and says, today I will review this application. Then he either makes a decision or does not. They'll all get reviewed eventually. I recommend drinking a brandy alexander.

Too Many Calories! I am already sitting around enough, no need to add it to my ass. Try this:

Appletini:
2 oz. Stoli Vodka
1 oz. Green Apple Pucker
1/2 oz. Triple Sec.
Pour it all over ice, shake really well.
strain and shoot or put a damn power straw in it and suck it down.

oh and by the way...after three of these, you will be numb enough to not think about which law school you are still waiting to hear from

Actually, you should just try this:

1.5 oz vodka

My law school special

1 part Vodka
1 part Vodka
poured over rocks of frozen vodka

1 drink and you will feel like you have just been accepted by the law school of your choice.

Don't over indulge. 3 drinks it will feel like your offer has been revoked.

The point is to drink yourself to bliss, not to depress further! I guess that's why I love to drink but not an alcoholic. I only drink when I am happy...

If the law school application process doesn't drive one to drink, you're probably not doing it right. I'm in Waikiki for a conference right now, I think it's time for mai tais.

I am making a pit stop between happy hour at work and happy hour at school right now  I don't need law school to enjoy my drinks.

Nice.

This will either make you extraordinarily depressed or blissful depending on your personality:

I felt like that all through my 20's. Then eventually I came to the realization of what I want, and what the meaning for my life is. Working hard on that right now, so life is generally very happy for me.
