Anyone have an idea when we can start expecting to hear back? Will it be within the next few weeks?

How quickly has anyone received their status checker?
I applied 10/31 and I still have not received anything. It seemed odd that a few peeps are going under review already two days after sending their stuff in

I agree that it's pretty weird.
I applied 10/29 (pre-score release)
Status checker same day (10/29)
Under review on 11/1

Not sure why you don't even have a checker?!

Applied 11/5, Complete 11/8, Under Review 11/8. Does it mean anything that my file went through so quickly from complete to under review?

There were reported decisions this week on LSN last year. Is it possible that some decision will come out this week? The anticipation is increasing!

Well apparently they liked the smell of mine too! So much so that they used owls to process them (anybody?).

I agree, but should public schools cost less than private ones??? What is the point of going to a public school then?

Anyone think I have a shot at Berkeley with 161 LSAT, 4.0 undergrad Electrical Engineering?
I have EE internships + 1 year full time EE exp, interested in patent law. I'm also a Chinese, US citizen from Texas.
I figured I might have a chance because I heard Berkeley weighs gpa a little more than LSAT, plus I'm not a liberal artist.

It's definitely worth the app fee.

Anyone have any idea how long the turnover from "Under Review" to the decision e-mail has been in the past?

I sigh when I read about undergrads complaining about how the tuition increased to $10,302 a year.

But it's free for poor kids and they raised the income ceiling. I think people who don't quality for the free provision (and have to pay the $10k to attend UC) may consider not complaining because they are already well rooted middle-class.

+1. $80,000 is a very generous ceiling for tuition that low.

Applied 11/4, went complete and got status checker on 11/8, under review 11/9.

Quick turn around time!

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
