Section A also. You can get a ballpark ideas about your writing classes by plugging in each possible one for your section. A1 or a2 or a3, etc.

So section C has:

Burkoff for criminal
Flechtner for contracts
Chew for torts
Taylor for legislation & regulation (the new class)
Teeter for analysis & writing (different for others in C, of course)

Any current Pitt students care to elaborate on these profs? Flechtner, Taylor, and Burkoff seem to be ratemyprofessor.com rockstars.

Also, if you've taken a class with them, can you give us a heads up on what to expect? ...and what supplements were useful? Thanks a bundle, I appreciate it.

I didn't have any of those professors, but I've heard nothing but good things about Flechtner and am taking him in the fall for a class... so I'm as curious as you are.

Anyone know if these sections are for the entire year or if they are going to switch them up for the second semester?

Sinsheimer doesnt have any results, unless its the one from Suffolk Law, could do some research on that but i dont feel like it.

Hey bsport- I have been following this forum for awhile now but haven't contributed as of yet because I didn't have a username. Anyway, I am in section C1 too, so it's nice to know there will be at least one other person that enjoys sports in all my 1L classes.

It's a time slot for any make up classes you might need in case of cancellations. And yes, you stay in the same section the whole year, so get used to each other.

You have your sections for the entire year, and your writing class will stay the same. Obviously other 4 classes are new for everyone in yor section next semester, but you're all going to be in the same classes all year.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
