I have no complaints so far. Everything has been pretty solid.

I have supplements for all the 1L courses, if anyone is interesting buying them. Many of them are old editions, but many are current. I'm not really looking to make money on them, they just take up a lot of space. PM me if you are interested. I'm thinking in the range of $5-$10 per book, and I will cut a deal if want a bunch of them.
I can just bring them to school.

Yeah, it wasn't that it's not a useful tool, clearly it's very beneficial to students. It's just that I've never used it before and my first impression was "Why not just use word?"Bedsole wrote:
OneNote:
- You can save it on the cloud. Fantastic if your computer breaks.
- You can format your notes in outline form. Fantastic around exams.
- You can copy and paste into your outline throughout the semester, and then around exams. Fantastic around exams.
I'm sure I missed something else that was really pressing last year for me when using OneNote... but it has its advantages.
I decided to use it today for class and I'm already getting the hang of it. I'll probably end up transferring my hand written notes to it later tonight.
If you don't mind me asking you, is there a way to set it up to look like a real notebook with pencil font? I found out how to add notebook lines, but it seems as though you don't actually type on them, they seem to function more like decoration. And a hand written front would be easier on the eyes as well for the time being.

This thought went through my head today as the gunners began to emerge. "You either die at median, or you live long enough to become the gunner".

Why would one need to be a gunner to not be at median? Also, are we all in C or something?

I will add that if everyone in law school thinks you're an ass, it will probably catch up to you eventually. You will encounter these classmates in various work settings in the future (unless you move) and they will think, "oh yeah, that d***khead or b*** from law school. I am not doing a damn thing for him or her." Plus, if you're sick one day, no one wants to help you. Finally, I think information synthesis is a process that takes months and some planned relaxation - so, basically, no reason to sleep with your books.

I guess my "dark knight" joke just didn't cut it. Just trying to add a little humor to the first week. And, I'm not C, nor do I think I've spoke enough to reveal undesirable qualities. But, I'll definitely have to go back to the drawing board on the jokes. Hope everyone had a good first week. Shouldn't we be moving forums soon anyways?HOPEFORCHANGE wrote:Why would one need to be a gunner to not be at median? Also, are we all in C or something?

You don't need to be a gunner to do well in school. All you need is supplements..... cheap, used supplements that can be easily purchased through a PM and a convienently arranged meetup.....Peekay80 wrote:This thought went through my head today as the gunners began to emerge. No need to apologize. I basically uses your joke to bring up a point that while we all are competing, professional relationships are equally as important
