received the official packet in the mail today! very nice...all the brochures about Ann Arbor remind me about why I love going to school here as an UG (though I will say that the winter season is definitely under-represented in the brochures...)

Also, how exactly does everything get updated? Change to decision and then comes in the mail??

Yeah I think so. And it seemed that everyone's updated in the morning & the delay in reporting on TLS was just not checking, right? Someone correct me if that's wrong.

Please let that be right so I can stop obsessively refreshing my status checker ;_;

Depends on the school. I'd say most do email, some do phone calls, some do snail mail. But for some of the snail mail ones, IE Mich, you can figure out if your admitted before the letter reaches there (by logging onto the admitted students web site).

I've gotten a phone call and an email so far. It varies, but I think most aren't first through snail mail
