However, the cat obsession of you people who I know I more likely to get into NYU than normal people because we're all a bit more insane and studious on here....makes me wonder what type of future classmates I would have.

I can just see it now. I ask someone if I can see their notes for Torts and they give me a Hello-Kitty themed flip book of notes.

You'll get in, Non. We've been cycle mates thus far. It will continue.

I'm international with a 12/3 status change,, but I gave them a mailing address in the States. Dunno if that's helpful.

You guys.

WIkileaks today has reported that the topic of their next leak will concern the whereabouts of a missing cache of purple NYU envelopes.

I think we have a bunch of 10/20 and 10/22 (I, myself, am 10/22 UR and waiting). Be non-chalant about it.

Well when you put it like that....

Timma I hope so. We have been cycle mates so far. I did notice that I had a typo on my second essay which ticked me off. I didn't catch it when I sent it. It wasn't even like I spelled anything wrong. I think I pressed re-do or something and basically this happened: "well I don't know" followed by "well I don't know". Those aren't the words but that's what happened. I don't know how I didn't catch it. It's right at the second to last second of the essay though....maybe it won't be noticed or a big deal. I mean I got into G-Town with that same mistake. I fixed it for later apps.

What significance does that even have? If you went UR 10 days ago, of course you shouldn't be expecting a decision yet (unless you're ED?) I've been UR regular decision since 11/24 and I'm definitely not expecting a decision anytime soon.

By the time they see it (if at all) the brilliance of your writing will have already made its impact. Did you go for AnBryce?

Wasn't my first one. I went to that before you all updated to decision sent. I was at 11/15.

Oh, I see. I mean, of course nobody knows what that means, because NYU has never had status checkers before this year  (*cue precedent cat*)

You're sweet, let's hope so. I thought it was pretty good. I didn't apply to AnnBryce because I was waiting on my LSAT score to see where I would apply. Once I did get the score, I also had to deal with a paper for International Political Economy. I wanted the NYU app in so I declined on that.

so I'm guessing we these envelopes will not reach the West Coast until after the weekend? I need to find another excuse to be obnoxious and rowdy.

Is the rest of the TLS community at the point they text eachother? I feel left out lol....

On another note: No envelopes in Florida today. Just in case anybody here was wondering if they circled around New Jersey, and came to rural Florida first...

Good call. I am still processing because took forever to write the extra essay. Most of my other apps went in Sept.
