I had DLM status 1/21, could first access ASW on 1/25, and received the purple envelope on 1/27.

I think it was at least another week or so before I received the NYU magazine, and probably another week after that until I got the pizza box, and maybe another week before I got the NYC map with invitation to preview weekends. (Which I just got.)

I'm not sure those waits are typical, or if it just depends on which batch you're in.

It's a little box that looks and opens like a little pizza box, but it's got two nice books in it. One is NYU faculty, and the other is various information about classes, programs, people, etc.

I just tried logging in to the Admitted Students site with my SS and DOB and was able to get in. So, I guess I'm in. I also just checked the mail, and no letter has arrived. I live on the island of Manhattan, so if mine hasn't arrived, I wouldn't hold my breath for today's mail. It's funny b/c there was a letter from NYU today in my mailbox: a letter from their medical center addressed to someone who lived here before me.

haha, it took "forever." about two weeks, but i received other nyu snail mail in the interim. enjoy!

btw, the pizza box is dinky and i felt disappointed when i got it due to the hype on tls. regardless, i still <3 it.

I did back in like September on one of the tours/sessions. REALLY REALLY doubt they keep track of that stuff though dude. And don't think it's possible at this point...

They handle thousands of apps... I don't think they could really afford 1 on 1 meetings you know?

I applied for RTK, too. Pretty sure I'm not gonna get it.

All I have to go by is the info given on the RTK page, which says invitations to interview will go out between February and March 15th. Good luck.

Take a look around, these boards are a great resource.
