I have "Application being processed" since 9/25. Does anyone else have this? Perhaps because I'm ED?

"Application being processed" as of 10/22, but I'm still waiting on my school to send a Dean's Cert (had to check the dreadful "yes" box for misconduct...)

Yikes. Since I'm not UR yet, and submitted back in September, does that warrant an email to the admissions office?
