CONGRATULATIONS!!! You give me hope :)

Will be checking in 30 minutes. Oh god.

Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1/25? So now there are 3 waves?

The only schollys beside this went out via e-mail, right? This could lend some weight to a theory where (since disproportionately few high numbers have been admitted so far) the scholarship committee is sending out its envelopes in a different batch from the regular committee.

/pointless theorizing

Yargh. This actually sounds fairly plausible, in which case all of the borderline acceptances may already be out. Good news for you high index candidates though.

I HATE this theorizing..

Checking in from upstate NY with the Admitted Student Handbook in a white priority stamped envelope with a letter addressed to "Admitted Student." Unlike Zatarra, no VCE sighting yet, but I'm happy with what I have!

Have there been any VCE siting in CT?

Given your question and LSN profile, I assume you're at Yale? In which case I point you to the disaster that is Yale Station.

I'm curious too.

Just finally gave in and peeked in my neighbor's mailbox (I live in a duplex) and there's mail in there postmarked 1/24 and 1/25, so I guess the disappearing mailman theory is out... Starting to accept the fact that CLS may just not like me :(

I'm in CT - about 20 min from New Haven. No VCE here, or GULC. But then it took my NYU letter over a week to get here...

Hmm... looks like a slow day today, with a few sporadic binders and/or VCEs. Congrats to everyone in so far, and to those waiting, don't give up hope! We know for sure there have been multiple mailings thus far, and the mail in general is definitely doing some very strange things!

Or there's always the axe.

I swear this is the second time she has done this this cycle. If it was her that I am remembering (maybe it was dulc) then I'm not sure I feel bad.

No, it was me. My apt people don't have an extra key and they won't change the lock. I just use roomie's key but she's GONEEEEEEEEEEE.

Nothing in LA today. Well except a giant packet from W&L about employment. They are definitely not a friend to the trees. I don't even have my GULC packet yet! :(

Came home from work early, and literally drove past the mailman up the street. Part of me wanted to pull over the car.

It will still probably take another half hour for them to get here before I can confirm a lack of vomit :/

Rooting for the thread!

Just got a text from my sister. No VCE in Jersey. No GULC packet either :(

I think my mother and sister are starting to get REALLY annoyed with my thrice (at least) daily MAIL???? text messages.
