Baller. Yeah, Columbia Univ. campus is amazing. That's what did it for me. Tho I'm one of those people that needs to click with the campus.

hm, isn't the law school not near this beautiful campus?
i would love to go to columbia as well but the building itself looks, well, like a freaking prison

LS is attached to campus (the two pics should overlap from left to right). That's why I loved it. But yeah the building itself is rather unattractive.

Why do I remember people talking about decisions coming out December 1?

Edit: That must be ED

We EDers might find out tomorrow!

Or in 3 weeks.

This is killing me.

Don't remind me, I've been dashing to my postal carrier every day and checking my email, TLS, and LSN at least 5 times an hour D: I really hope we get our decisions back tomorrow!

They MIGHT have given you time if you had called on ED day and explained your situation but if you've gone this long and haven't contacted Columbia you might be out of luck.

I called them on ED day, as well as yesterday. They said everything was fine ! :D

Good luck to all EDers. I missed the ED deadline because I was too hesitant. Well, here's to hoping (aka wishing) in January.

Btw, do you know what's the normal turnaround time if you e-mail a specific person at the Admissions Office? or any experience with it? I need to send in a specific form (JD/MBA) and I want that in before they review my files. I am not sure when I need to follow up because it's been quite a few days since I wrote them.

Thanks,

I've emailed the admissions office a few times in the past, but never a specific person within it. I've always gotten a response within one business day. I'd call 'em up jic.

I called their office to ask about sending something, and they said they'd reply within an hour during business hours. I'd definitely call and ask. They're really a friendly bunch.

Good luck to all the EDers! Here's to hoping you guys hear asap (tomorrow!) I'm still waiting to be complete here after almost 3 weeks...
