It appears to only mean that they didn't really find my application laughable. Further, it means that I have to go up against all of you AGAIN.

Use the search function to figure out what it means and the likelihood of you getting in.

Simply: a few get in off the hold via email in April, some get rejected, most get put on first reserve (waitlist). I think after deposits (May?) then you get placed on second reserve. Correct me if I'm wrong.
