My condolences. My application died a slow death in Reserve last year. The wording sounds so elite (First Reserve? How selective! That can't be the same as waitlist....) And then you find out that they don't call it a "wait" list because you aren't actually waiting for admission, because it will surely never come..... I am befuddled by CLS' decision making process at the moment.

Apologies if this has already been covered (didn't see it in the last few pages), what exactly is the difference between a hold/reserve? What did the hold e-mail say? The reserve e-mail says the next evaluation of candidates on reserve will begin at the end of May.

Those held will receive a decision by Aprill 22nd. They can be Accepted, Denied, or Reserved.
