Re: SMU 2011
Chrisokc has a crappy avatar.
Str, I know of 2 people that live in the Knox Henderson area, and both enjoy living in the area. It seems like the majority of the younger, single 1L's live uptown or in the Village. I live downtown, but plan on moving uptown (probably to mbusch's place) when my lease is up.

My mom got my letter in Plano but refuses to open it for me, so I have to wait until a copy gets to Austin. Boo.mjpyeatt wrote:Anybody who was at the Sumners thing hear back yet??

All of you who will be here on Friday - you will be attending Contracts with Crespi, I think. He said 40 people will be in here. He's awesome, so that's a treat.
If you steal my seat, I will make you miserable.

Give me a diagram of where not to sit. I'd prefer not to be miserable Friday.kalvano wrote:All of you who will be here on Friday - you will be attending Contracts with Crespi, I think. He said 40 people will be in here. He's awesome, so that's a treat.

My Mom went to the local post office at 8 this morning to see if it had arrived yet. She's a little too excited about getting it.abb586 wrote:My mom got my letter in Plano but refuses to open it for me, so I have to wait until a copy gets to Austin. Feel free to jack my seat in the back left corner of the room. Also, if any admitted student walks in late and sings/yells, "Which seat can I take?", drinks are on me Friday night.swilson215 wrote:Give me a diagram of where not to sit. Even though the show ended years ago, it's still one of my favorites. I also thought Kristen Bell was great in it... lately she hasn't been showing her acting skills. I mean... When in Rome? Really?

I live downtown, and my commute is a ~12 minutes from my parking garage to the law school parking garage. My rent is $1060, but I had a free month, so it worked out to ~$940.bartleby wrote:can you find a 1 bedroom for $900 in a good area near SMU? studios are fine.
Check out the Gables properties. There are a few near campus, and I think one bedrooms are available in the $900 price range.

Don't sit on the end of the rows by the aisle. All those seats are taken and one is mine.
Also, are any of you interested in meeting up and asking questions and stuff, or can I go roll old ladies for their Social Security checks after class?
