So... who here thinks there will be enough movement on the waitlists to be noticeable in July? I am on a couple of lists, and the schools of those lists have stated they anticipate movement still... but how many people see this as becoming an actual reality?

I think we'll see a sizeable jump relative to what has happened over the last couple of months (which has resembled the housing market). But I'm not sure how far down the prestige list it will travel. I think most of the 2nd Tier schools are oversubscribed and, because of that, there won't be as much waitlist activity with schools ranked below, say, the 70-80 spots in the USNWR (These schools seemed to have exceeded their normal class size by 15%-25% and, thus, can stand to lose a fair number of students before using their waitlist).
