At this point if a particular school hasn't responded to you is it most likely that you are a "bubble" candidate for their school and they are waiting for a certain group of already accepted students to make their decisions before making their choice about whether to admit you? If you were a flat out reject it seems like the school would have already notified you. Likewise if you are a slam dunk acceptance you would most likely have been admitted by now.
