"UNDER REVIEW" MEANS THE DREAM IS ALIVE STILL

If you are UNDER REVIEW, the dream is ALIVE all the way into mid-March 2010.

I've been "Under Review" at UPenn since 1/29 then 2/18. I have a feeling that the dream is dead.

From my experience in last year's cycle, "under review" = fucked. (that is, if it's really late in the cycle...)
