Re: In @ Nowhere Club
Wow, just got rejected by my #1 pick, so...
4 Rejections
3 Waitlists
7 Pending
I may wait a number of years - let's say, when the kids are in school - before I try again. Why waste time and money two years in a row?

I'm pretty sure I'm not going to be getting in anywhere at this point.
A combination of applying late and not having as strong an app as I thought have damned me to the reject/waitlist/ignore pile.

Don't give up hope. Although in hindsight, that username is probably not positive enough!autoding wrote:I'm pretty sure I'm not going to be getting in anywhere at this point.

Haven't checked today yet though. I think I may wait til Monday to check since I don't want to ruin my weekend.

I was coming in here to pretty much post exactly what you posted.
I applied at the deadline for most of the T14. I'm a high LSAT, lower GPA splitter. I thought a great GPA addendum would help, or that my personal statement would be great, or something.
Rejections: 2
Waitlists: 4
Apps outstanding: 4 (One of these is Harvard, which is pretty much an automatic ding)
If this cycle doesn't work, which I'm thinking it most likely wont, I'm going to reapply the first day applications open for the next cycle. Maybe my luck will be better then.

I feel my resolve weakening; I don't think I'll be able to resist the next solicitation from McGeorge.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
