Re: In @ Nowhere Club
Question for Team Nowhere:
How do you plan on celebrating your first acceptance? (Jinx insurance; provided it does come)
I have a pack of these sitting my fridge... after 5 years of searching, I finally found this in TX... I've heard great things about this brew... and I'm dying to open one, but I'm saving them for that special day.

You should probably just get the mad dog ready for your rejections.DonnyMost wrote:Question for Team Nowhere:

Dogfish Head is a great beer. Have not had that particular brew, but they're only 15 minutes from where I grew up, so I've had a lot of them. They're growing in popularity, and the fact that you found that in TX is a testament to that. Hopefully you'll get to enjoy one soon!DonnyMost wrote:Question for Team Nowhere:

a lot of schools wait until april to send out mass rejections/waitlists. USC and WUSTL to name two. pretty much to see how many people send in deposits and rejects the ones they don't need, waitlist the rest and wait.goosey wrote:finalaspects wrote:yes not esp when april is coming along.... when most people get rejected...DonnyMost wrote:Sadly, this is what I keep telling myself, even though I know it isn't true.jtxcounitah wrote:

Wow!! This seems almost impossible with your LSAT. Did you say that you were a 10th generation Viking and listed raping and pillaging as one of your hobbies on your applications?D. H2Oman wrote:D. H2Oman wrote:Applied to 21 (November)

sounds like a good plan from their perspective. ok, so all this thread needs is for a bunch of people to not send in deposits and open up some last minute seats...finalaspects wrote: a lot of schools wait until april to send out mass rejections/waitlists. How depressing! I refuse to believe this! I shall remain optimistic with my 153/3.81. It seems like there are so many of us that haven't heard anything though - we ALL can't be rejected, right?MissLucky wrote:it suckssunshinefairy wrote:I'm so sad about still being in team no where - how are you all coping?

Add another WL to me for UVA. I'm thinking I'm probably WL at GULC too, seeing as how I can't log in to the admitted students site and I just went to Decision Rendered.

I wouldn't worry. With your numbers, that Vandy mailing is almost certainly an acceptance.DukeHopeful wrote:Add another WL to me for UVA. I'm thinking I'm probably WL at GULC too, seeing as how I can't log in to the admitted students site and I just went to Decision Rendered.

Re: In @ Nowhere Club
I hope so. The GPA is a little fudged to the upside, as my LSDAS gpa came back lower than I expected. But all in all, the idea of having a year to travel the world and make a few bucks is really growing on me, as I convince myself that the June LSAT is my ticket to a good 170s score.rad law wrote:I wouldn't worry. DonnyMost ... I am praying fervently for you to be admitted somewhere, if only to prevent you from harming yourself by ingesting this substance.DonnyMost wrote:I'm ten steps ahead of you.Desert Fox wrote: You should probably just get the mad dog ready for your rejections.
