I read on LSAC stats that over 50% of 30-40 YO applicants don't get accepted to any school. I hope I don't end up one of them for applying this late.

For me, the "Western Front" has been the least quiet - 1 WL so far out in Oregon in less than two weeks...it made my head spin to get a decision that quickly!

So let's see...that leaves 13 pending and 3 apps that I'm sitting on until I get paid Friday (still within the deadline). I did see on the status checker that one of my apps FINALLY made it to the committe review stage yesterday, even though I applied just over a month ago.

PHOOOOOOOEY. 161/2.9. URM. Average PS. Assuming there are going to be 10 rejects, 4 WL, and 3 accept. Guess we'll see...

Edit: I applied to schools anywhere between mid-January and last week, so dates for these apps are all over the place.

I guess not then. You applied late during a cycle where everyone is running back to school. Be patient and don't be afraid to scrap this cycle and apply next year early.
