For placement I'd think Hastings or BC would be best. If I were in your shoes, I'd put my deposit in at BC and call it a day...but then again, that's just me.

What is your desired market? That plays a large factor in your decision.

I have a soft spot in my heart for Brooklyn and especially Cardozo, but my biases are outside of the scope of the conversation.
