University of Louisville 2010

Post by bstrunk » Mon Feb 08, 2010 6:23 pm

I was placed on hold this afternoon, via USPS. Small envelope. Much better than a rejection, but the letter states:

"We hope to be able to contact you mid 2010 with a final decisions on your application."

That seems like a long time. I'd really like to go to Louisville.

Same. I was placed on hold today stating I will hear back in a few weeks. Anyone have any insight into the "holding" process?

Does UofL have a status checker? I applied and only received a confirmation email 1/15ish.

I applied part time, anyone else?

No status checker. Everything appears to be snail mail. I applied full time, myself.

I received a denial letter on Monday

2.66 GPA, 158 LSAT

I wasn't extremely interested in attending Louisville but I'm worried this might be a cycle trend

In. I mostly got in bc of me being a URM though. I'm considering it, but I'm not too sure about moving to Kentucky.

I applied at the last minute, so I obviously haven't heard yet. 160/3.2, so I am fairly confident.

Doesn't look to me like there is any sort of online status checker. All I received was an email saying that the application had been received and that I should expect a 3-4 week turnaround.

+1 ... Can anyone give us idea of how long the wait from the "app received" email to the decision actually was?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
