Just saw on LSN where one waitlisted applicant had been rejected (hope this isn't a bad sign)

Don't wet yourselves yet. Some, likely most, waitlists will fail to gain admission. I've put down both seat deposits and I'll decide by July if I am going to go to LSU, if I don't go to LSU I'll post here and let you guys know. It is a BEAUTIFUL campus and Baton Rouge is a nice city. Also the fiery red heads in the area aren't too bad either.

Any waitlisters heard from admissions?

I have heard of two people who have been rejected off of the waitlist, but none who have been accepted. Sounds like the class is pretty full to me right now so they may be trimming the list down a bit but leaving some people on in case accepted students change their minds later in the summer.

Anyone else hear anything?

Do you know if those two were residents or non-residents?

I know that one of them went to school at LSU for Undergrad. Not sure about the other.

If I was living in Baton Rouge this summer I'd probably do it, mainly for the Free credit hours. I really don't know how much they could teach you that you couldn't learn by yourself from any typical law school book.

I've honestly heard that most of those are a waste of time. I don't know about LSU's specifically, but as a whole, they don't seem to be too high on people's priority lists.

Just the form I need to fill out from the financial aid office. Nothing more than that really. We can probably expect they will be sending a reminder email soon that degree audits are due by the end of June to prove you graduated, and when I dropped off my second seat deposit to the admissions office, they said soon they would be sending the big packet (like with out catalog and stuff). So I guess we play the waiting game.

I will most likely go free credits and to get back in the rhythm of going to school, but how did you hear about it because I haven't heard anything yet.

I received a letter in the mail about the WL. I am going to SMU in the fall, so I withdrew. GL to everyone.

Has anyone looked into the Sum and Substance series? I just got a few of them and I've heard that they are good supplements to use before law school, Especially when it comes to Civ Pro.

I suppose this email only went out to those who were accepted, so for those that are- did you get the endowed scholarship eligibility email? If you are planning on responding, how long do you thing each justification needs to be?

Yeah I got the email but nothing really applied for me.
