I submitted on Jan 6th, I honestly can't remember or find when I went complete.

And yes, email.

Cornell might have the worst complete email in the world.

Gmail gives a little preview of the text.

"Dear hellomoto, we're delighte...."

Thought I got in. Why would they be delighted that my application went complete?

Waitlisted at American part-time via e-mail at 5 pm. Kind of baffled, given that I'm in at NYU and Columbia.

Seems like the entire batch was. It's actually kind of amusing.

They're delighted. Not you. They just like having more applicants.

Another American waitlist here. (And Northwestern, well, "held," and George Washington from the past couple weeks, but other people have already updated that in this thread for everyone's benefit.)

I didn't think my sub-3.0 was capable of being YP'd an anywhere but my biggest safeties, but looking at their LSN graph for anyone above 165, that appears to be the case.

All my other waitlists seem much more likely to be because I'm a splitter candidate on their borderline. :-P

Waitlisted at UVA. That's 1 ding and 2 WLs. Stress time!

Edit: I was able to change my password/access the NYU admitted students' site. I assume that means I am in? AMG!

Can you be YP'ed due to something other than your high score? Like perhaps, softs? ... read this in another thread

PR Reserve yesterday at Duke. After three quick acceptances, now three wait lists.

I have similar numbers and was also waitlisted at Gtown and UVA this week. Luckily I am in at Duke Via PT in jan, so I can't complain. I do think our numbers make us waitlist bound at many schools at this point. So get ready, for waitlist decisions to roll in and to send that deposit to Vandy.
