^^^^^That Guy^^^^^ +1(80)

As a catfish like character who pretends to be a girl on the internet, I'd go downtown on a guy who called me an 11. But seriously with the exception of Mr. 194, the last 5 posts on here have been terrible.

You're doing it wrong.
No.

I could give a 110% tip to a waiter/waitress if I want, so yeah, you can give 110%. Obviously this is a different context, but still.
Fair point, but out of context it doesn't really help. The "180" thing is based on LSAT scores, so it's silly to say 181 since that's not an achievable score. It's impossible.

Personally, no.

Dear UVA,

That admissions lady I met at one of the law school fairs was kind of a bitch. If you can't even get a nice person to encourage people to come to your school, it makes me question if anyone who works there is a decent human being.

I'll go be nice somewhere else.

Thats grade inflation + dumb schools giving out A+'s and screwing the rest of us. I would honestly market an UG as being law school-friendly during freshman campus visits if it gave A+s

Agreed. The A+ policy on the LSAC is blatant and inaccurate grade inflation. If they gave a crap about accurate grade reporting, they'd address this issue...

Dear UCLA,

Thank you for the formal letter of rejection. Your rapid fire response to my appeal clarifies that you had no intention of admitting me despite raising my lsat 5 points in less than a month.

Now when I go to Cal I will in no way feel that I've betrayed my Bruin roots.

Numbers aren't everything. Your loss.

PEACE.

Didn't get into Michigan. And I just want to say that parking SUCKS downtown. You have to pay for it, the parking structures are never near where you want to go, and all the roads are constantly full of potholes or under construction. Also the lights take forever and the pedestrians are all up in your grill. I didn't want to deal with that for three years anyway.

This is a great thread.

Wait, is there really that much urban congestion in Ann Arbor?

It's not congestion (unless you count the pedestrians), it's just really poorly designed. Like they made the whole downtown and then they were like, "Sh*t, parking! What are we going to do!?"

That's if it's not game day, though. If it is game day, there's congestion out the wazoo, absolutely.

Hey Berkeley,
Why do you keep standing me up? I thought we had a date at the Ding Bar last Friday but you never showed up. So, I figured I must have misunderstood initially and our date was actually today -- but you stood me up again! At this point, I am really confused. Do you like me or not?

Talk to you soon?

Yeah, there is. Parking in AA is absolutely awful. It's a huge school in a small town. There are very few parking spaces. Those that exist are in inconvenient locations, permit only, always full, handicap, or all of the previous options. Sometimes, it's honestly cheaper to park illegally, get a ticket, and pay it within 24 hours than it is to pay for a full day of legal parking.

Vanderbilt Law School, ye "Harvard of the South". Ye will will notice the period which is abouth to make Asha killeth herself outside the quotations. Alas, the cock-up resulteth from the tutelage of a British English Comp prof. Ye humble servant thusly hath no hope of admission to YLS and must instead pin his hopes to ye, a mere 221 miles away. With the articulation of Sir William Shakespeare, methinks the interview was aceth. Yet, thy held the application for months. As a bright and warm January day dawned (the 29th) a message was received that caused great anticipation-a decision had been mailed! Mr. Fed-Ex, upon the multi-colored, not brown, chariot was awaited in much the same way wives would await the return of their husbands from sea upon the widow's walk of yore. No black box arriveth. Oh VLS, if thy has in fact relegated this humble servant to wait-list purgatory, I implore ye to reconsider. If someone driveth fastesth ye could hand deliver the box and forgiveness bestowed. Failing that, please call Asha at Ye Olde Yale School of Law and remindeth her that since Wills got married to that smashing gal and Harry partied royally in thy City of Sin all things British are now acceptable and to wage war on a simple . is bloody wrong.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
