SMU FT,

Sorry a rinky-dinky 10k PT scholarship does not impress me. Also, I thought your facilities were top notch when I visited the campus last month. But now I think about it- your campus reeks of Jim Crow era segregated facilities. Yeah. Thanks but I will enjoy my time at UHLC.

Buh-bye.

University of South CenTTTral:

I guess I won't be able to live my dream of being carjacked on the way home from the fourth-best law school in California. It's OK, with $$$ at UCLA and a couple T14s I was resigned to that dream slipping away anyway.

Love,

me.

P.S. You can't spell suck without U S C.

Dear Boston University,

While waiting months upon months to get an e-mail rejection may have seemed fair to you- trust me, it wasn't. But, it doesn't matter. I had already decided I wasn't going to leave the Arizona sun to spend the next three years in the Arctic Tundra you people call a city. While walking around listening to people say the word "car" incorrectly and deal with the general snobbery of you pale-ass Bostonians would be worth it to go to Harvard...sadly, it's just not worth it for you BU. Best of wishes freezing to death. Oh- and the Red Sox suck, and so do the Bruins and the Celtics.

Love,

A wonderfully tanned Arizona student

Dear Michigan:

After reading this thread, never have I been more glad that you rejected me. Not because of the stats presented, but because of the ridiculous comments made by some of your incoming students. Holy. Shit. Damn, I'm glad they're not my classmates.

The current students and admissions staff is great though, so sorry that y'all will have to deal with these people next year. Best of luck with that one.

Much love,

Crumps

Dear NYU,

I know my numbers are below median, but why couldn't you treat me like the special snowflake I am and accept me?

Dear Berkeley,

I love you. Can we talk?

My spirit-animal told me we are meant to be, at 3 am in People's Park last night.

I know everything about you.

Hey now, do we really need to be judged based on a couple silly gunners? ;) Guarantee there will be several people who are just as obnoxious at every law school in the continental US.

It's sad that TLS'ers going to Michigan are getting a bad rap. I don't know what went on in that thread, but don't think that all of us are terrible!

But back to the subject at hand.

To the NYU waitlist:

I was too hipster for you anyway. So hipster, that I ain't even mad.

Dear NYU,

It's not like I particularly want to be anywhere near the drug-infested neighborhood you call home. For one thing, I want to be in a city, not a village
You're surrounded by dilapidated tenements and the bums in Washington Park reek.
I still don't understand that stupid arch.

But did you have to song me retroactively?
As of Monday, my status checker said I was still listed as Under Review, but tuesday morning, that same status check said I was dinged a week ago. That's just cruel.

Besides, as far as rundown neighborhoods go, Morningside Heights rocks.
