Dear Lewis & Clark,

When I got your email today, I was thrilled. And then I read it. While I would love to wait until late-April/early-May for you to determine how many admitted students have told you to piss off so you could take a second look at my application, I've got to make a decision. So, while your incessant emails and admission-sized envelops have been exhilarating, I must move on. Further, my wife is not convinced that the dream of the 90's is alive in Portland.

Good luck on future endeavors.

Dear THE George Washington University,

You denied me before I could withdraw my application (I don't like how pompous the name of your school is... I mean, THE George Washington University?). Please enjoy Washington D.C., the only city in the world where children take dog sized rats for walks in the NICE part of town.

Love,
Sdhall01

p.s. With application decisions like this it's no wonder that city doesn't have Representatives or Senators.

Dear Columbia,

We both knew this was coming. Why then, did it take you 3 1/2 months? That's just cruel.

Sincerely,

Dear Columbia,

It's okay. I don't want to be Jeff Winger. I'd rather get my degree from America.

Love,

Dear Hastings,

You are...dispicable. I know you want me. You just knew that I wouldn't want you. I'll occassionally think about how you are a stuck-up two face while I'm studying at Hogwarts.

Yours truly,

V

Dear Penn, (Waitlisted)

The only reason I wanted to go to Philly was because of that other school. You know, your more famous half. Oh you don't know? Does the name Wharton ring a bell? Yeah, that's right. I was under the impression that somehow taking my 12 credits there might make me more appealing to employers. But let's face it, as far as law schools are concerned, Hogwarts is the better school. Somehow, you were under the false impression that I'd want to ride the crazy train with you until May. Don't know what gave you that idea.

XOXO,
JoeMo

PS - Philly Cheesesteaks? I'm Vegetarian bitch.

So Hastings...you waitlisted me, and I don't feel like spending full tuition. Why can't I simply opt out of the god damned waitlist for fuck's sake?

THIS. I love how they don't even mention the possibility that we may want to withdraw.

Dear Chicago,

Thank you for making me the only red dot in a relatively yellow area of your graph LSN. By the way, ever notice when someone says "CLS" they're referring to Columbia, not you?

Thanks again,
Westinghouse

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
