I am surprised I was waitlisted when you guys for the most part have been accepted to much better schools than me.
where are you headed in the fall, unitas?
Georgetown if I don't get off the waitlist, my info is accurate in profile.

why is LSN updating a bunch of the older acceptances so they are interspersed with the recent WLs/rejections when sorted chronologically? that just seems kinda mean... :(

those who can't do teach I guess. I should become an HLS admissions coach/interpreter/delusion feeder.

no, don't prime the next generation of gullible young things to endure the same disappointment we're enduring right now...

for those of us who didn't get a dinger today, is it safe to say we've survived today's bloodbath? or are people still getting emails throughout the day?

The emails have gone out as late as 5-6pm in past batches.

from my experience, they work off normal hours (I got my WL email last Saturday morning), so I wouldn't say you're in the clear just yet...especially because it's not even 5 EST.

I really liked Georgetown during my visit, and it seemed like a great fit for me personality wise. Plus, I want to do constitutional law, so being in a place where I can go read it and then go watch cases in the SCOTUS works perfect. I would still go to Harvard over it, because they have international appeal with constitutional law.

In addition, I didn’t like much about NYU. Just one of those things I suppose.

I received an e-mail that said that my application was complete on march 11th, and I have not heard anything from Harvard since. I have not have a phone interview and my application status says "under review". At this point what do think it means that I still have not heard anything at all?

Thanks

That either a waitlist, rejection, or interview email will be coming your way, probably soon.

This. No one knows for sure about the interviews other than HLS adcomms, but it seems unlikely they're still doing them at this stage.

edit: (...unless you get waitlisted first and are in the small percentage of people who get admitted off the WL.)

Wow... seems like its been a crazy day, sorry to hear about everything that happened

My WL is most likely a de facto rejection anyways
