YIIIIKESSSS.

Just checked status checker and it says Updated today and Decision Rendered. Is this truly something to be excited if I didn't get an email. Or are they just gonna email me the news tomorrow???

<------ Void of emotion at the moment!

Regular waitlist. That really hurts. Was expecting preferred.

Wow, I was sure we'd all at least be on the preferred waitlist. I hadn't been updated since 12/2 and am under review today. No decision. What is it about my application that is so tough to figure out!?!

Here's hoping dr tomorrow and now emails.

what is the deal if we have "Decision Rendered" with today's date, and haven't gotten an email? Does that mean we are in? Or, they could just be slow on WL emails?

still "under review"...not out of the woods yet, not by a long shot. To be honest, i'd be shocked to get accepted at this point...ecstatic, but shocked.

Just wondering, is anyone else who updated to 2/22 (w/o a decision) also PT?

I'm still UR 2/17, but my LSAT is 10+ points below the median. I'm expecting the rejection tomorrow.

I'm in a similar boat with the score.

After seeing most of you go from UR to waitlists, I got pretty anxious knowing that I hadn't gotten any movement since 12/15 (though I wasn't surprised given the abovementioned score), but mine too turned today after 5:15pm but before 7:15pm, and no decision yet, and I applied to both programs.

An old GULC grad offered to write me a recommendation this weekend, though I mentioned that the decision was imminent. Not sure the status of that, but since it is apparent that they are wrapping up the deferred applicants this week, it may not make a difference either way. The not knowing what's going on has been too much of a distraction, so it is definitely a big relief to know that this is soon to come to a quick and decisive end. At least they are ranking stuff so no matter what, we all know where we stand: admitted ---> special preferred --> preferred ----> WL ----> dinged. Any knowledge of where I stand on this spectrum is better than none. And sooner the knowledge comes, the better :-)

Good Luck to all of you!

Add me to the preferred waitlist pile. I'm more upset than I thought I would be; I'm going to school strictly for PI, so GULC was high on my list. Before I do some myself, has anyone done detective work on how PPWL, PWL and WL have fared in recent years?

Sounds like they're going in batches. Holding out hope I'm in the "good" batch!

No news is definitely good news, unless the next few batches are reject batches.

+1: believe me, I'm trying to stay positive, but it's hard considering I haven't gotten any sleep as of late (gee, I wonder why?)

Ha -- I'm pretty sure dani is a girl and yes, only acceptances come by snail mail.

Any word on people who have been recently rejected, regardless of whether or not they were originally ED? It seems like the 2/22 DR batch has been mostly WL and admits though no rejections. Or maybe people with rejections just aren't posting it. I'm wondering if those of us who still don't have a DR status are either getting to the out of luck point or just in another batch.

It's completely plausible that the next batch that should go out are the rejections, but whichever way it turns out, we know a decision is imminent, and that the next batch should be released by this friday, particularly for those of us who have been deferred.

So pretty much I should hope for NO EMAILS! Emails mean rejection or waitlist... Acceptances come through snail mail only?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
