Top Law Schools

So, has anyone heard ANYTHING from ASU? I haven't received any info, emails, status checkers, etc. I applied about 3 weeks ago, so maybe I still have to wait a while. But ASU is the only school I haven't heard anything back on, so I was wondering if anyone else is in the same boat.

Applied at about the same time and have also heard nothing.

I applied EA in October and have since then swapped emails with their admissions staff a few times.
I've been lead to believe that EA decisions will be made by the second week in January and RD following.

Applied 10/30. Heard nothing.

Also applied around the end of October... Got an email telling me my application was complete a few days later but nothing since then.

My first choice for sure, but I think my numbers might be a bit too low. (3.68/157)

It is ASU, that is why. They barely know how to spell up there.

By your "up there" I'm guessing you're at UA.

I actually have to agree though, and I'm an ASU Alum (undergrad). But I don't know much about the law school, so unfortunately I can't say what the hold-up might be. Aside from financial aid, the undergrad stuff usually runs pretty quickly (on that note, a warning - the financial aid office is TERRIBLE, but what can you expect from a bunch of 18-year-old ASU kids?).

I am calling decisions for EA by January 15, RD starting in late January- and yes they do win the award for slowest moving. I am EA and have heard back regular decisions from a majority of schools and still nothing from an early action standpoint. Come on ASU.

Did you guys submit by the Early Admission deadline? If not, maybe they don't send complete emails.

No, I did RD. Maybe that is the difference.

I applied EA, got a "complete" email, and went to Law Day. I recall her saying EA acceptance rate higher, or am I just hoping I heard that?

Wait... she said that the acceptance rate is higher vs. those who apply RD, or the acceptance rate is higher this particular cycle?

I hope some decisions start trickling out soon. I've been complete since 11/4.

Yeah I've been complete since 11/4, too. I would think that decisions would have to start coming out soon. The email said the review process would begin in later November.

Yeah, last year ASU waited a really long time to start the review process as well. Anyone else here apply to U of A too?

I've been complete since 11/9 as well. Anyone look on LSN to see if they release EA decisions before any RD or if they release simultaneously?

I applied to both ASU and U of A. A bit of info for anyone else who applied to U of A as well- I called their admissions today to check on my app, which has been at complete since the beginning of December. The woman I spoke to told me my app was actually in with the committee right then, so I should know by Wednesday. So, they're moving.

Not a peep from ASU. I had to call to confirm they had my application over a month ago.

does anyone think asu and u of a admissions talk to each other?

Did your U of A status checker ever say complete? Mine has been stuck on Application received since the beginning of December.
