Is a mask mandate unconstitutional?

The Coronavirus has added a new accessory to many American’s wardrobes, a mask. Whether or not you like it, it seems that these masks are going to be a seemingly permanent fixture to your wardrobe. One Conservative law firm in Wisconsin is seeking to end Wisconsin’s mask mandate. Do you think that this law firm has a chance of winning?

Between this and the Princeton Law thread I legit think this admin account is a Russian bot meant to sow discord and politically charged arguments.

No. The Supreme Court held that a vaccine mandate for smallpox was constitutional in Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11 (1905). Chief Justice Roberts recently cited the continuing viability of Jacobsen in his opinion concurring in the denial of injunctive relief against Governor Newsom's COVID executive orders in South Bay United Penecostal Church v. Newsom, 140 S. Ct. 1613 (2020). Many courts of appeals have followed suit. Mask mandates are here to stay.
