That's a pretty generous offer YC. :D

I think an MP3 file would be pretty cool, where you could have it on your iPod during PTs.

Nobody's bubbling with pens on the LSAT. Make it realistic. Replace that effect with sobbing.

edit: I needed to read closer. I still say torrents though. ;)

Wow you spent $100 on the sounds. I could've sneezed for you if you wanted! :P Very nice though, hope you find a way to share your hard work!

Well, just to make sure, I'll bring some pens to the LSAT and drop them from time to time so that I can be reassured by the sound and remain confident that I practiced in ideal conditions.

Sadly, I don't have the bandwidth to do it via torrents (then Comcast would get really angry and cut me off from my Internet addiction).

The pen dropping sounds like a pencil... at least I can't tell the difference. And there's multiple types of coughes and sneezes.
The beauty of torrents is that once you upload it and other people have it, you can stop and let other people seed. I have heard of people getting warning letters from their ISPs over too much download activity, but Time Warner must not care because I've been downloading/seeding massive torrent files forever. But if it's an issue where you're looking for some sort of compensation to cover your costs, might as well just burn DVDs and charge!

"Multiple layers" of coughs and sneezes makes it sound artistic.

Unfortunately, this all isn't probably going to get done this weekend anymore (since I have to study, and I also want to add more video to make it more snazzy and less of an audio track; having it be a stand-alone audio track also raises licensing issues with the SFXs), and possibly not before the December LSAT since I need to make sure I don't fail out of law school. I will continue working on it, and will try to figure out a viable and legal distribution method that involves minimal/no cost to users.

In the meantime, a shameless promotion for the consulting thread: http://www.top-law-schools.com/forums/v ... =2&t=95016

thanks for wasting our time; i just bought the official lsat proctor whereas i could have been using it already
