You have a dream in which you show up for the LSAT without a shirt on and decide to stay and take it anyway. And you're a lady.

When reading an op-ed, a voice in your head quietly announces "The author's reasoning is most vulnerable to criticism on the grounds that...."

(Sign of going to do well - completing the sentence in your head, with valid logic; then looking for answer choices)

The morning of the test release day according to TLS feels like Christmas...except if your bad instead of coal you get misery, a retake, or reevaluating your life and if your good you get thousands of dollars and hopefully job prospects.

Somebody posted this on my wall on facebook today.

"2 quarterbacks in the history of the broncos have come back from 13 points down in the 4th quarter to win the game twice in their career. 1 is John elway the other is Tim tebow so clearly tebow is as good as elway :) "

Being in LSAT mode, I decided to write a sufficient assumption question in response:

Kenny- Two quarterbacks in the history of the Broncos have come back from 13 points down in the 4th quarter to win the game twice in their career. One is John elway; the other is Tim Tebow. So clearly Tebow is as good as Elway.

Which one of the following, if assumed, allows the argument's conclusion to be properly drawn?

a) John Elway has come back from 13 points down in the 4th quarter twice in his career
b) A comeback is only considered good if the deficit is 13 points or more
c) The greatness of a Quarterback is measured only by the amount of 13 point comebacks in the 4th quarter
d) Most Quarterbacks are unable to achieve a 13 point 4th quarter comeback
e) Some of the Quarterbacks in the NFL are considered great.

I'm obsessed.

You retake and get a result you are happy with. Despite the fact that you had to go through the retaking process, you decide to try to become an LSAT tutor so you don't have to completely say goodbye to it.

hahah Correct!!!!! :D

Most of my friends chose A, the restating of the assumption. I think it was a well written LSAT question. Sign me up LSAC to make more for you ;)

I would've changed the conclusion to "So clearly Tebow is as skilled as Elway," written C as "A quarterback's skill is only measured by the amount of 13 point comebacks in the 4th quarter," and gotten rid of answer A. No room for ambiguity on the LSAT.
