when you start hoarding number 2 pencils because you have developed an underlying fear of pens and mechanical pencils.

when you have a nightmare, and it revolves around showing up for class, or a test with only a pen or mechanical pencil

when you start calling your friends by the first letter of their first name

when you read some of these posts and think "i don't do that, what the eff is wrong with me, i KNOW these people will score better than me because i have no meaning attached to the word chips!"

when you no longer want to talk non-stop to your friends about the lsat because you've now become pissed that no one knows what you're going through, and besides just talking ain't studying!

when your white lies are no longer about social things but revolve around the lsat, "oh, how am i doing? well i'm testing at a steady 170+ but you know i only do tests when i haven't slept in days so that come test day i'll probably get a 185...which is good btw." and you silently rejoice that they believed you...

When you already took the June test and aren't retaking but spent last night flipping through your girlfriend's old Princeton Review prep book to critique it.

You are slowly accumulating a vast amount of knowledge regarding the law and Native Americans, various theories of dinosaur extinction and/or the impact of meteorites/volcanic eruptions on the climate, and you have intimate knowledge of how to avoid fatiguing the soil you grow your crops in.

when you are at a wedding, instead of seeing the bride and groom at the alter, along wiht the groomsmen and bridesmaids, you see both a big grouping game, and a linear game, and spend the entire ceremony making deductions and rules to complete the game.

You bare your teeth when you see the words "Essayist" or "Ethicist" because you know that you just got another incredibly lame and abstract LR question.

AMEN to the Native American & African American comments. I actually JUST finished doing some reading comp and each passage involved these two topics.

When you're doing a PT and when you finally reach the Reading Comp section you are reading it meanwhile subconsciously looking for a flaw in the logic.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
