They probably habitually violated the certifying statement and contractual agreement entered into with LSAC when the test is taken. I would it is difficult to have a board devoted to discussing the LSAT without that coming up frequently. Like those kids are going to stick to released materials.

Perhaps it's temporarily down for tomorrow's exam, as a concession? I've no idea. I've never looked at that site.Kelpie wrote:Their moderators totally seemed good about taking care of thiskn6542 wrote:They probably habitually violated the certifying statement and contractual agreement entered into with LSAC when the test is taken. hopefully, I'll always have my memories of being on it about 8 hours a day for those 3 weeks of waiting in Feb.kn6542 wrote:Perhaps it's temporarily down for tomorrow's exam, as a concession? The LSAT is on Monday, not tomorrow.

Re: What Happened to www.lsatdiscussion.com?
Jeffort announced that he is resigning from LSAT message boards over on LSD and all related boards....Hee was the creator and moderator of lsatdiscussion.com. I think he moved on to a job or something for testmasters....I don't think it will be back, sorry to say.

Turbogirl got it right. Jeffort went on to work for TM again and thus couldnt keep the board open anymore due to conflict of interest. Me and some of the people that were members of that forum went to a new forum (LinkRemoved) opened up to do the same thing, focus on LSAT study all together.

lsatboard.com is still open, that's where I post. The moderators are great and always respond to my questions within the same day.
Between lsatboard and toplawschools I am set!

Wait until Monday when everyone starts trying to reconstruct the test and then madly deletes everything so they don't get in trouble.UVAchica wrote:wow never heard of thisKelpie wrote:Their moderators totally seemed good about taking care of thiskn6542 wrote:They probably habitually violated the certifying statement and contractual agreement entered into with LSAC when the test is taken. as of just a bit ago when I was querying for a grading scale/ conversion chart for a past LSAT, the site was still all cached on google. I was able to read the thread in full but if I clicked on an internal link- nothing, unless I came back in via the cache.

Re: What Happened to www.lsatdiscussion.com?
Dear TLS folks,
PSA: The tenure of Jeffort on TLS, LSD and other LSAT related boards has come to an end. My discussion board lsatdiscussion is now closed.
The times I have had here and on other boards dispensing LSAT advice and explanations while also having lots of fun have meant a lot and I hope they have been as fun for you as they have been for me.
As is well known, I previously taught classes for TM for many years. I have now rejoined the company and will be working full-time in the research and development department.
I wish everyone prepping for the LSAT good luck with it and I hope that those of you that took the June test on Monday performed well.
I will miss working with all of you in this venue.

Re: What Happened to www.lsatdiscussion.com?
The board http://www.lsatdiscussion.com is back up and alive with me at the helm like before.
Sorry for the long interruption of service!
As it was before it is going to continue to be a troll and flame free zone with friendly and intelligent discussion about the LSAT, Law School application process, and everything that goes along with it.
There are several LSAT prep and LS admission experts on board willing to provide quality feedback and advice for free to people that ask questions.
The below post I made from before is retracted and redacted. Jeffort is back and will continue to be so, here on TLS, on my board, and on LSD.
I hope everyone is having happy holidays!
