June LSAT worth it?

Hi guys-

I took the September 2016 LSAT my senior year in college (prepped for a few weeks before the exam) as a back up in case I didn’t get a job. I got a job at a large bank and I currently work there. I plan on taking the June LSAT and apply to law schools for fall 2019...

I missed the following in 2016:
LR 1: -4
L2 2: -4
RC: -8
LG: -9

Do you think there is a realistic chance of increasing my LSAT given I take the blueprint course and work hard? I have a 3.96 GPA and work experience, so I feel like the only thing that would hold my application back is my LSAT. But I don’t want to put in so many hours of prep if your score is your score, with or without prep.

Please let me know your thoughts on if It’s worth a retake as I have decided law School is the path I’d like to take after my analyst stint at the bank I work for...

Why did you capitalize the “s” in “School”? I’m always interested in random capitalizations.

(And, yes, go for it.)

To be candid, it was a typo cause I’m on my iPhone. Not intentional. Thanks for the motivation though! Guess I’ll join the June study thread.

Awesome! I’m taking the June test as well and I work full-time. We can do this!

Let’s do it! Than goodness the Chicago banking world is a little less intense than New York!

I have no doubt that you can get a higher LSAT score.
