June 2017 Waiters Thread- Grayday! -9 curve. GL all

Post by Mint-Berry_Crunch » Mon Jun 12, 2017 5:54 pm

Hello everyone!

Welcome to your June 2017 Waiters Thread!

I'm your host, Mint Berry Crunch!

We have an action packed month of waiting, shitpoasting, baseless speculation, and alcoholism planned for you!

RC: jazz, inference of thought, dowsing, independent judicial research
LR1: the 26 q one is real
LG: Teaching assistants, obstacles, magazines with rural or urban, people going to Asia
LR2: heavy metal isotopes, orangutans, chlorophyll, (and lots of one specific AC).

Just posted this in the other thread but ill post it here too:

Hello! Fellow lurker here. Just took the test, had an LR experimental... but all the LRs seemed.. easy? Is that just me? Also RC was ridiculously hard. I think i just stared at it for 5 seconds being like "WTF". Also thank you baby jesus there were no weird games. Hope you all did well!

After 100%. Easiest LG ever. RC was nuts. All the LR were consistently mild.

LG only had 1 small new twist.

I thought one of the LRs was hardish. Didn't find RC that bad. Huh.

The mod edit: do NOT post the nature of a question; topic is okay, logical principle/kind of game is not question seemed strange to me. And I did not like the primates with a screwdriver.

Was there an 'agree' question on both of the real LR sections. Please yes.

They are rare and I had 1 on two diff sections!

Fuck that heavy isotopes. Pretty sure I have to retake to get my desired score. Either that or cancel.

Ugh yes, heavy isotopes was one of the tough ones

Actually that entire LR section didn't go well for me. Left 2 blanks and was uncertain about at least 2 more questions. The comparative passage is kinda insane.

Thought it was kind of easy, which makes me nervous because I've never thought that so the curve is probably going to wreck me :(

had like 12 mins left going into the last LG and thought it was going to be something crazy, then it was just a grouping game? wtf?

Easiest LG section ever.
RC was difficult but not impossible.
26Q LR section was pretty normal.
25Q LR section was quite difficult (assuming the section with heavy isotopes was real)

Exactly my thoughts. I feel like I owned that shit but it just seemed like an easier test overall. Only super tough LR question was one about anti-auto theft devices. Was that real or experimental? Either way it was incomprehensible. RC was challenging but not crazy. Easier LG than I could have dreamed of.

Predicting -9 curve. I'm almost certain I beat my PT average though.

RC I actually felt wasn't difficult at all, the subject matter was complex but the structure was simple.

LR1 was real easy, LR2 was brutal

LG games 1-3 were a breeze, pretty sure those were perfect. 4th I think I missed an inference and had trouble on 3 questions, so I think I went between -0 and -3.

Had a 2nd LG but it seems to be the experimental per /r/LSAT

Really have no idea how I did, if I drop points on LG I may be in trouble. I could see anywhere between 167-173 depending upon curve and some tough questions.
