Traiter.

(My approach to sports is just to cheer on whatever team is playing against the one the rest of the room is rooting for.)

Lulz, that's how I picked my soccer team. Whatever would antagonise my family the most.

Soccer is lame

It's certainly losing its magic these days. The playacting and whining is completely out of control and is embarrassing to watch. I still love playing it, it was almost my whole life, but watching is it whatever now.

Only sport thing I consistently pay attention to is FIFA world cup. Once every four years suits me well. 8)

I'd take the Olympics over anything else. Olympics are the absolute best.

T4 being Chi or Columbia? because columbia is in the realm of actuality. Seems like Penn is still good even if you have a 2.6, just make sure your app is air tight. Are you URM/have relevant WE or volunteering/Unique softs? There is talk about the 2.7/177 URM having a shot at Stanny.

Not URM - Normal white guy. I have been working in engineering firms for the last 2.5 years (will be 3.5 by next fall), so that helps. Softs aren't unique but I have a decently strong personal statement/gpa addenda. I've talked to MS9's firm about it and will likely seek out their services to help as much as possible.

AFAIK, only people are CLS aficionados use the term T4.

CLS is probably possible with a sub 3.0 if it's near the 3.0. I know someone who got in with around a 3 and a super tight LSAT score, but he also had softs that schools would possibly find impressive. I imagine a 3.0//173 has a better shot than a 3.3//170 at CLS.

Splitters are so weird; I've seen 3.5/175 pull S but wonder if a 3.3/4 180 could pull it as well. I think a lot of softs come into play more so than with strong number applicants. With a kickass PS and GPA addendum I see him pulling CLS, whether or not any merit aid is given is to be determined I mean this happened http://lawschoolnumbers.com/kkdk.

HYS are weird in general, their lowest GPA for H and S has been low 3.X but I wonder what those folks did. No point in throwing all my coal into those trains.

That student loan payment thread will be a great thread to read through when making making the decision about where to go.

Mormons knocked on my door while reading MH LR and I wasn't having it; just started to speak the 30 words of Arabic over and over again. I was complementing their shoes so much.

Oh no. What did you do?

Just stood there silent until they introduced themselves and said, "My name is X" in Arabic, they looked at me weird and when they started to talk about Joseph Smith I just went off on tangents. They left after like a minute and confused since neon whitey was claiming he didn't know English.

I'm going to crack open the LR book tomorrow. I'm not taking the LSAT anymore, but it can't hurt to familiarise myself with some of the logic. I'd love to get comfortable with necessary and sufficient assumptions ASAP.

y u no take lsat
did Stanny say something to you?

Sorry, I'm not taking the LSAT this September. It just doesn't make much sense when I still have 2 years of UG left, and want to get a Masters and WE before LS.

Right choice, imo.

... although the amount of people ITT actually taking in Sept 2017 is growing slim....

You're the only one left now, dude.
This thread should be renamed "DJ's personal LSAT study thread."
