Building Stamina?

Post by New_Spice180 » Mon Nov 07, 2016 5:42 pm

I'm really hitting these PTs hard and I'm liking my results so far, however, I need to get over the immense mental fog I feel mid exam! I want to be able to feel like I can do 3 LR sections back to back (okay maybe not 3)! What are some good measures you all use to take on to build mental stamina?

You will build mental stamina just by doing enough PTs. By the time I did 40 practice tests I felt little if any fatigue after taking a test. Some people advocate for taking 6 section tests, but I think that's a waste of a section that would be better spent on drilling.

Yea PT PT PT. And 6 section helped me.. I didn't use a fresh section from a new PT though. I used old ones I had done or a really low level PT 1-20 for example that I drilled indiivdual questions from that I didnt remember

Lots of PTs, also make sure you're eating well and getting enough sleep, sounds corny but seriously it makes a huge difference.
