Retaking LSAT - Tips on stamina please!!!

Hi, so I just received my LSAT score and I know I could've done better so I'm set on retaking it. I've realized that my main problem is stamina and maintaining focus during the test - my actual test and the practice tests have indicated this (I would start each section getting several consecutively correct answers and then gradually drift of into a scatter of incorrect answers, often careless ones that in hindsight seem easy to me).
Any tips/strategies for this?! It would be very much appreciated!!!!

Also, since it's seemingly just a matter of maintaining focus for me, would it be better to retake in December or February?

Qs 1-10 will normally be the easiest (with sometimes an unusually hard one thrown in at 8-9 to keep you on your toes). Difficulty peaks around 20, getting slightly easier again by 25.

Drifting into a scatter of incorrect ones late teens doesn't mean stamina is a problem, it means you're having trouble with the harder questions. Stamina is the issue if you can consistently identify the answer correctly if you picked a late teen question out of a section randomly when not under time pressure, or having just answered 15 Qs already. If you cannot do this, then your problem is solving the harder questions.

If the problem is stamina, then the solution is practice. Do sections back to back, getting yourself used to extended periods of using your brain non-stop. If you're making progress by Nov, Dec should be better. If not, put off until you're ready.

When you PT start taking more "experimental" sections, like start your PT's doing 5 sections and then slowly work your way up to like 7-8 sections when you do the PT.

Practice. No big secret.

I suggest you take practice tests 2-3 times a week. Do section drilling in between focusing on weak spots.

Good luck.

Towards the end of my prep I started doing 8 sections in a row with 1 break in the middle. Idk if it helped, as I scored 3 points below my PT average, but take it for what it's worth.
