Diets high in sugarer known to cause sluggishness and brain fog. It could be a temporary thing if you're on a sugar high or if you've been studying long hours, burn out. Remember though, correlation doesn't mean causation. Sorry I'm fried too. If you continue to be sluggish you're probably burned out. A few days away from everything and you'll be fine.
