I didn't sign the ticket ahead of time, but when i signed it I also signed above the line, and the check-in person just told me to sign under the line. You're probably OK.

If they can tell the photo is you I'm guessing you'll be OK but I'm not sure what contacting LSAC preemptively is going to do. If it were me I wouldn't worry about it unless LSAC complained.

I wouldn't worry about it. I've taken the exam three times and took my own photos and would carefully paint (using photo editor) the background white with my computer mouse. Sometimes I would accidently paint off a piece of my head and I'd notice it on the day of the test and panic. But I was fine. Ask yourself: if they took that photo and painted the background white, would they have any reason to doubt it's you? Even if they did, the most they can do is ask for a copy of your photo ID. Like the previous poster said, they just want to ensure its you.

You're fine and have nothing to worry about. You supplied the proper document with a picture and a proctor determined it acceptable, admitted you in and you took the exam. The proctors are in charge of checking that stuff since it's your admission ticket to get admitted into the test center. Its not reviewed again back at LSAC, it's just put into storage.

Your admissions ticket with your picture will soon be stuffed away in an LSAC warehouse to collect dust for a few years where it will never be looked at again unless for some reason LSAC finds reason to suspect that you impersonated somebody else and took the test another somebody else's name/identity and wants to investigate. Assuming you're you and used your real name, you did nothing wrong and didn't break any of the rules.
