I took what EnderWiggin meant as referring to letting states decide on gay marriage, and states usually do that with a referendum.

consider investing in an interpretation consultant to help you since you are clearly interpretation reverse-splitters.

When I spoke to a nice young lady @lsac, she said she predicts scores to be available between 7/1 to 7/2

She also told me I could call her and she'd tell me mine even if they haven't been officially released, I really hope so.... Although I don't think it's allowed so she may have a change of heart between now and then :|
