The confederate flag is a foreign nation that has been vanquished by the Union. Flying it is tantamount to rebellion regardless of its ties to the inhumane institution of slavery. I'm as pro not shitty parts of southern culture as anyone.

I find that the best reading is in the dissent. You will never find as well crafted and insulting candor as you will in the dissent of a highly contentious SCOTUS decision.

I am kind of upset that I don't have TTTs knocking on my door. Of course, I did have to mark Akron Law School as spam. Mofos were sending me daily emails, "APPLY NOW FREE - NO FEE WAIVER REQUIRED."

I think out of the 4500 emails I've gotten pre- and post- LSAT, I'd only consider about 5. How about you guys?
