If so, are they helpful? Do you suggest a different company?

From what I've read, people seem to have good experiences with him, and he's been around for a while. The people who *don't* know their stuff tend not to last long in this business. He's also been active on this forum at various points.

He's active on Reddit LSAT as well and gives good advice. He sounds like a good tutor.
